Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using RunGo Maps ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. RunGo Maps is provided by Belmont General LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Washington limited liability company doing business as Belmont Labs.
Description of service
RunGo Maps is a free GPS navigation application powered by TowFi. It provides turn-by-turn voice-guided navigation, map display, place search, weather information, satellite imagery, street-level photos, and offline map caching. The App is currently available in the United States.
No account required
RunGo Maps does not require registration, login, or an account of any kind. All app data (saved places, preferences, and downloaded maps) is stored locally on your device and is not synced to any server.
Permitted use
You may use RunGo Maps for personal, non-commercial navigation and map browsing. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App or its servers for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or overload the TowFi map, routing, or geocoding servers
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download map tiles, routes, or geocoding results
- Redistribute the App or its components without permission
Navigation safety
Map data, routing directions, weather information, and satellite imagery are provided for informational purposes. Roads, conditions, and regulations change. We do not guarantee that routes are accurate, complete, passable, or legal for your vehicle type. Use your own judgment and follow posted signs and signals at all times.
Map data and third-party content
RunGo Maps displays geographic data derived from OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). Satellite imagery is sourced from the USGS National Map (public domain). Weather data is provided by the National Weather Service (public domain). Street-level photos are provided by Mapillary (Meta Platforms, Inc.).
We do not control the accuracy or completeness of third-party data and are not responsible for errors in map data, imagery, weather reports, or street-level photos.
TowFi roadside assistance
RunGo Maps includes information about TowFi, a roadside assistance service operated by Belmont General LLC. Any use of TowFi's roadside assistance services is subject to TowFi's own terms and conditions, available through the TowFi app on the App Store. RunGo Maps itself does not provide roadside assistance.
Availability and updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or its features at any time without notice. The App requires an internet connection for routing, search, weather, and satellite imagery. Offline map areas require a prior download while connected. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the App or its servers.
Intellectual property
The RunGo Maps name, logo, and app design are the property of Belmont General LLC. TowFi is a trademark of Belmont General LLC. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
Disclaimer of warranties
RunGo Maps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belmont General LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages from following navigation directions, reliance on map data, or interruption of service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
