These terms govern your use of the RunGo Maps application and related services ("RunGo"), built by Belmont Labs and powered by the TowFi map platform. By using RunGo, you agree to these terms.
RunGo is a navigation aid, not a substitute for your judgment. Map data, routes, guidance, speed information, and arrival estimates may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Road conditions change. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and legally: obey all traffic laws, posted signs, and signals; heed actual road conditions; and do not interact with the app while driving. If a suggested route appears unsafe, illegal, or closed, do not follow it.
Map, address, and place data include information from OpenStreetMap contributors (available under the Open Database License) and from servers operated by TowFi. We work to keep the service fast and accurate, but RunGo is provided without any guarantee of availability, coverage, or accuracy, and features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
RunGo may display links to the TowFi app, which connects users with independent towing and roadside operators. Those services are provided by the operators — not by RunGo — under their own rates and terms. RunGo itself is free and charges no fees.
Location and other information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
RunGo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belmont Labs and TowFi are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including reliance on navigation guidance.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
